We secured permission for a service station comprising a fast food restaurant, picnic area, shop and petrol pumps at Logan’s Shopping Complex. MBA successfully persuaded the Department that the unique circumstances of the site justifyied relaxing rural planning policy.
We provided advice to City of Derry Airport in respect of permitted development for hostile vehicle mitigation measures and reconfiguration and extension of its car park.
We successfully defended a client in an enforcement appeal where it was alleged that a material change of use had occurred as a result of disposal of inert building material. We established that the alleged matters had not occurred because the intention was to create a new car park for a commercial facility. The enforcement notice was quashed.
